This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Justin Moore who was born in United States on December 9, 1988 and passed away on April 9, 2011. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Justin Lee Moore

Justin was born in Detroit, Michigan at Henry Ford Hospital.  His parents are Nancy Mink Moore and Jerry Moore.  He is the oldest of two sons, his brother is Ryan Moore.
From the very beginning, Justin was wise beyond his years.  He always walked, talked, etc. much faster than we were told to expect it.  He always said the cutest things and had a great sense of humor.
Justin started Kindergarten in Belmont, North Carolina.  From the start they put him in First Grade classes because he was so smart.  He never bragged or boasted that he was smart or smarter than anyone else.  He was humble.  He started writing stories at an early age.  He was always writing or drawing.
Justin was always surrounded by music.  His dad, Jerry is a talented guitar player and his mom an avid music listener.  His first CD was the Foo Fighters.  From that moment he started writing poems.  He picked up the guitar for himself and it became his passion.  He didn't read music, he played by ear.  He wrote all his music and lyrics.  He expressed his feelings through music, poetry and drawings. In recent years, he played at local music venues.  He also took wonderful photography.  His favorite thing to photograph was nature.  It was where he felt at peace.
Justin was always a very compassionate person.  After his Grandfather died, he moved in with his Grandmother and helped take care of her for two years.  Cooking and taking care of her needs.
Justin did not always have the easiest time of things and was a troubled young man but he was always a loving, compassionate person.  May he find the peace he always deserved here on earth.
